October Referee Gathering: The Seattle Soccer Referee Association October Referee Gathering is on October 23 at the Shoreline Stadium. Join us for our next Referee Gathering as we continue to encourage each other in our development as referees. We will gather as a group for discussion then break into small groups watching and evaluating the crew on the HS Girls 3A Varsity Match. Our purpose for evaluating the crew is for our own self reflection - learning what it is that other observers are watching, what coaches and other referee coaches/mentors are looking for in our performance each game. More details to follow but we will gather around 630p with some light snacks, visit with the crew and maybe coaches. If you need to come late please do - if you need to leave early that's fine too - its just important that set time aside to gather as a community of referees to encourage each other and pursue our own personal development as a referee.
